Christin P. Bellian, BSN, MSSA, MA, LMFT

It takes a lot of high self-worth to acknowledge your low feelings.              ~Virginia Satir

I believe self-worth resides in everyone – it’s just not always easily accessible. Yet, it is through self-worth that we have the ability to value ourselves, our relationships, and others. Self-worth compels us to treat ourselves and others with dignity, love, and acceptance. Self-worth helps us recognize our own and each other’s perceptions, beliefs, and yearnings. Self-worth tells us that we are deserving of full, rich lives and meaningful relationships with our partners, our families, and our communities.

I want to help you, your family, or you and you partner gain a more profound understanding of your experience, a deeper connection with self and others, and a recognition of your individual and relational values and beliefs. I will guide you toward greater self-worth so that you are able to ask for and have the rich life and meaningful relationships with yourself, your partner, your family, or your community that you want and deserve.

None of us had ever been to therapy before. We were nervous! We worried we needed to be polite and formal, but after a few minutes with Christin we realized we could just be ourselves. We could show her who our family really is!
